Unauthorized advertising without the organizer’s permission is prohibited

Advertising, promotion, or any other use of the name, trademark, logos, or other elements related to the event without the prior written consent of the organizer is expressly prohibited.

Such conduct constitutes an infringement of the organizer’s intellectual property rights in accordance with the provisions of the Industrial Property Act and represents a form of unfair competition under Article 134 of the Prevention of Restriction of Competition Act, which prohibits so-called ambush marketing.

The organizer reserves the right to take action against violators and to pursue all available legal remedies.
